The published website catalogue covers 8 product families. Availability can vary by business type, and new families and tiers appear only after they pass the publication gates — the current line-up is always at /products.

• Business Documents — Essential and Standard are PDF-with-fillable-header packs for print-led use. Customisable is browser-editable HTML for business name and colour changes. Premium adds interactive fillable PDF plus editable DOCX. Electrician and solar-panel-installer packs are editable working records, not official certification, and do not replace EICR, MCS database, DNO or scheme documentation.
• Financial Forms — Standard supplies the verified distinct set as PDFs with a fillable business-name header. Customisable supplies the same distinct set as browser-personalisable HTML; Premium supplies it as fillable PDFs plus editable DOCX files. Customisable contains a duplicate invoice file and Premium contains a second invoice template under the same legacy filename; neither is counted as a separate form type.
• Pricing Calculator — Pricing Calculator is a single Premium Excel workbook. It is a planning tool, not financial advice and not a guarantee of profit.
• Startup Guide — Startup Guide is a single print-ready PDF. It is for reading or printing; it is not editable, not fillable and not a compliance certificate.
• AI Copy Kit — AI Copy Kit is a single-tier PDF + editable DOCX product. It supplies structure and prompts for use with your own AI tool; it is not a generate button or a guarantee of leads.
• Social Media Content Kit — Social Media Content Kit is a single-tier PDF + editable DOCX product. It is a content planning kit, not a guarantee of reach, followers or engagement.
• Round Management Pack — The Round Management Pack is a single-tier product: a 5-sheet Excel workbook + two editable Word templates + a setup-guide PDF. It is a practical admin toolkit, not accounting software, a CRM app or a compliance product.
• Price List & Service Menu — Single-tier product: an interactive HTML price list (edit in your browser), an editable DOCX (edit in Microsoft Word) and a How-to-Use Guide PDF. A presentation tool for displaying prices — not a contract, invoice or accounting product.

Ready-made catalogue products are one-time purchases, and their files are delivered after payment. LaunchKit Studio is separate: previews are free to explore, with optional subscription plans for creating and downloading finished, personalised products. Products on a public correction hold cannot be ordered or delivered until they pass reverification.

The difference

A plumber's invoice is not a beauty salon's invoice.

The most common pricing template online is "small business invoice." The most common contract is "service agreement." Both pretend every trade is the same business with a different label on the door. They are not.

A plumber's invoice needs callout fees, parts and labour, and VAT handled the way trade pricing actually works. A beauty salon's invoice needs treatments, retail products and packages, with the kind of polished presentation a salon brand is built on. A dog groomer's needs breed, coat condition, and the add-ons that make up a real grooming bill.

The same is true of expenses. A plumber tracks pipe fittings, boiler parts, van fuel, Gas Safe registration. A personal trainer tracks gym hire, CPD courses, equipment. A dog groomer tracks pet shampoo, mobile equipment, travel between clients. Generic expense templates ask you to figure out your own categories. That is the work that never gets done properly.

Every LaunchKit product is built per trade. The categories, language and structure already match how the business operates. That is the difference, and it is the point.

LaunchKit is built like a system rather than a portfolio. Every product family has its own rules for what must be in it, how it must be structured, and what checks it has to pass before it ships. Validators block content from going live if it does not match the underlying product truth. Every claim in every listing traces back to verifiable evidence — no fabricated reviews, no invented download counts, no "trusted by thousands" filler.

LaunchKit is built and run by Kevin McCulloch, a UK-based founder. He started LaunchKit because the gap between what UK small-business owners actually need and what is on the shelf for them is wider than it should be.

Channels

Governed products across more than one channel.

LaunchKit publishes products across its website and Etsy, but family and tier availability can differ by channel.

The website at yourlaunchkit.co.uk accepts orders only for products marked available. Card and wallet options depend on the checkout shown. Files are emailed after payment and the final fulfillment check for an available product.

LaunchKit also publishes through Etsy, where live and staged listings can have a different status from the website. Check the current listing status in the channel where you intend to order.

What you can rely on

Six things that do not move.

When LaunchKit makes a product, certain principles do not bend.

The first is niche specificity. If a product cannot be properly tailored to a particular trade, we do not ship a half-version with a generic label and call it niche-specific.

The second is a clear choice. Ready-made catalogue products are one-time purchases: you buy the product and keep it. LaunchKit Studio is an optional subscription for ongoing personalised creation, with its plans and limits shown before you choose.

The third is UK focus. UK English, UK regulations, UK tax conventions, UK terminology. No US formatting masquerading as a UK product.

The fourth is honesty about what the products actually do. Our tools organise records, structure paperwork and standardise pricing. They do not replace tax advice from a qualified accountant or legal counsel from a solicitor. We say so plainly because pretending otherwise is the kind of overreach that erodes trust over time.

The fifth is no fabricated proof. No fake reviews, no invented testimonials and no "trusted by thousands" filler. When LaunchKit shows a customer review, it comes from customer evidence we can verify. We will never turn a handful of genuine reviews into a claim that thousands of people said the same thing.

The sixth is honest pricing. No crossed-out "original" prices that were never charged. No "limited time" pricing that is actually permanent. The price you see is the price you pay, because that is the only kind of price that survives a long relationship with a customer.
