Shipping policy.

All LaunchKit products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

After payment, a confirmation email with your secure download links is sent to your checkout email within a few minutes. Delivery is handled digitally through the checkout and download system, so there is no courier, postage option or shipping charge.

Use an email address you can access at checkout and keep your order confirmation safe. The download email is the main delivery record for your purchase.

How it works

1. Complete your purchase
2. Receive a confirmation email with your secure download links (usually within a few minutes)
3. Download your files using the secure links provided
4. Open and edit using the software indicated on the product page (Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Reader, etc.)

Download link validity

Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase and allow a limited number of downloads. Save your files locally once downloaded.

Problems with delivery

If you do not receive your download links within 30 minutes of purchase:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Check that the checkout email address was typed correctly
• Search your inbox for LaunchKit, your product name or your order confirmation
• Contact us at hello@yourlaunchkit.co.uk with your order number

We will help locate the order and resend your download links where the purchase can be verified. If there is a payment or delivery fault, we will point you to the appropriate support or refund route rather than leaving you without access.

What is not shipped

LaunchKit does not send printed binders, USB drives, stationery, physical workbooks or boxed products. Product pages state the supplied formats before checkout, such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX or browser-editable HTML. You can print files yourself where the product format allows it, but printing is not part of the delivery service.
