Shipping policy.
Digital delivery — no physical shipping
All LaunchKit products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.
After payment, a confirmation email with your secure download links is sent to your checkout email within a few minutes.
How it works
- Complete your purchase
- Receive a confirmation email with your secure download links (usually within a few minutes)
- Download your files using the secure links provided
- Open and edit using the software indicated on the product page (Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Reader, etc.)
Download link validity
Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase and allow a limited number of downloads. Save your files locally once downloaded.
Problems with delivery
If you do not receive your download links within 30 minutes of purchase:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Contact us at support@yourlaunchkit.co.uk with your order number
We will resend your download links promptly.
