These terms govern your use of the LaunchKit website and your purchase of digital products from LaunchKit. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
LaunchKit is a trading name of Kevin McCulloch, sole trader, based in the United Kingdom.

LaunchKit provides digital business document templates, tools, and resources designed for UK small business owners and sole traders. LaunchKit is not a registered limited company and is not registered at Companies House. A geographic service address can be provided on request via the email above.
All one-off products are digital downloads. They are not physical goods and no physical item will be shipped. LaunchKit Studio is a subscription and is covered in section 6.
Products include business document templates, financial forms, compliance kits, pricing calculators, and other digital business tools. Products are supplied in the formats stated on the individual product page. Depending on the product, this may include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, browser-editable HTML templates, or supporting guide files. Not every product includes every format. Some PDFs may include fillable fields where stated, but not all PDFs are fully interactive or fully editable. A public product page may instead show a correction hold; that page is not an offer, and the product cannot be ordered through this website until the hold is lifted.
Products are general-purpose business templates. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and verifying any document before use in your business.
All prices are stated in GBP. LaunchKit is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. LaunchKit Studio subscriptions and credit top-ups are processed by Stripe instead, as set out in section 6.
Prices may change at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you pay for that order.
Instant download: as soon as payment completes, your secure download links are sent to your checkout email.
Download links are valid for 7 days and allow a limited number of downloads. If you experience any issue accessing your files, contact hello@yourlaunchkit.co.uk.
If you buy as a consumer, your 14-day cancellation right ends when the download starts only if you have expressly agreed to immediate supply, acknowledged that you will lose that right, and received confirmation of that agreement. Completing a purchase or receiving a download link alone does not end your cancellation right.
Your statutory rights for faulty, unfit-for-purpose or misdescribed digital content are unaffected. This section covers one-off downloads; for LaunchKit Studio subscriptions see section 6. See our Refund policy for full details.
LaunchKit Studio is a business product. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next payment. Subscription payments and credit top-ups are not refundable. Credits you have bought never expire.
Studio gives you a credit allowance for the period you have paid for, and you spend those credits on documents and on the other Studio tools available for your business.
Studio is sold for business use. You confirm that when you start, and the plans are priced and supplied on that basis.
You can cancel at any time. While you have a subscription, the account menu in Studio shows Manage subscription: choose it to cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep your plan until the period you have paid for ends. Without a subscription there is nothing to cancel, because a credit top-up is a single payment.
Studio subscriptions and credit top-ups are processed by Stripe. One-off product downloads bought from this website are processed separately through Shopify.
Credits you have bought as a top-up are separate from the subscription price. They do not expire, and any balance you have left stays yours if you cancel.
LaunchKit is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the price you pay.
On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own business purposes.

All content, designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of LaunchKit. Your purchase grants a usage licence, not ownership of the intellectual property.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms affects any rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings in their home part of the UK where applicable.
