These terms govern your use of the LaunchKit website and your purchase of digital products from LaunchKit. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

LaunchKit provides digital business document templates, tools, and resources designed for UK small business owners and sole traders. LaunchKit is not a registered limited company and is not registered at Companies House. A geographic service address can be provided on request via the email above.
All products are digital downloads. They are not physical goods and no physical item will be shipped.
Products include business document templates, financial forms, compliance kits, pricing calculators, and other digital business tools. Products are supplied in the formats stated on the individual product page. Depending on the product, this may include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, browser-editable HTML templates, or supporting guide files. Not every product includes every format. Some PDFs may include fillable fields where stated, but not all PDFs are fully interactive or fully editable. A public product page may instead show a correction hold; that page is not an offer, and the product cannot be ordered through this website until the hold is lifted.
Products are general-purpose business templates. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and verifying any document before use in your business.
All prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
Prices may change at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you pay for that order.
After payment, a confirmation email with your secure download links is sent to your checkout email within a few minutes.
Download links are valid for 7 days and allow a limited number of downloads. If you experience any issue accessing your files, contact hello@yourlaunchkit.co.uk.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own business purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings in their home part of the UK where applicable.
