Refunds, plainly

What happens if something is wrong.

Everything is a digital download, sent to your checkout email straight after payment.

If you buy as a consumer, your 14-day cancellation right ends when the download starts only if you have expressly agreed to immediate supply, acknowledged that you will lose that right, and received confirmation of that agreement. Completing a purchase or receiving a download link alone does not end your cancellation right.

If a file is corrupted, unreadable or materially different from its description, email us with your order reference. Once that is confirmed, we send a corrected replacement file.

Your statutory rights for faulty, unfit-for-purpose or misdescribed digital content are unaffected.

Subscription payments and credit top-ups are not refundable.
