Product family FAQ

Will this open in Google Sheets?

Use Microsoft Excel for the 5-sheet workbook and Microsoft Word for the price-rise letter and recurring-service agreement. Google Sheets import has not been verified; check formulas and print layout if you use it.

Are the files editable?

Yes. The Excel workbook and both Word templates are fully editable — adapt them to your round and save your own version. The setup guide is a read-and-print PDF.

Is the recurring-service agreement legally binding?

It is an editable starting-point template, not legal advice. Adapt it to your situation and, for anything important, have a contract checked by a qualified professional before relying on it.

Is this accounting or tax software?

No. It is a practical admin toolkit for organising a recurring round — not accounting software, not a tax product, and not a substitute for professional advice.

Do I need a subscription or an app?

No. It is a one-off digital download — your files to keep, no subscription. You need Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Google Sheets import has not been verified; check formulas and print layout if you use it.
