Refund policy.

All products sold by LaunchKit are digital downloads. After payment, a confirmation email with your secure download links is sent to your checkout email within a few minutes.

Cancelling a digital download

If you buy as a consumer, your 14-day cancellation right ends when the download starts only if you have expressly agreed to immediate supply, acknowledged that you will lose that right, and received confirmation of that agreement. Completing a purchase or receiving a download link alone does not end your cancellation right.

Your statutory rights for faulty, unfit-for-purpose or misdescribed digital content are unaffected. Contact us with your order reference if you want to cancel or need help with a download.

We strongly encourage you to:

Faulty or incorrect files

If you receive a file that is genuinely defective — corrupted, unreadable, or materially different from what was described on the product page — contact us at hello@yourlaunchkit.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate and, where the file is confirmed defective, provide a corrected replacement file.

This does not extend to dissatisfaction with content, design preferences, or suitability for your specific circumstances. Our products are general business templates — it is your responsibility to review and adapt them for your use.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where digital content is of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction as provided by law.
